  4. Provide job security
  5. Minimize work-related stress
  6. Appreciate people on a regular basis
  7. Make work fun
  8. Provide proper resources
  9. Create balance between work and family
  10. Offer an open management style
  11. Trust your people
  12. Encourage creativity and innovation
  13. Provide rewards based on performance
  14. Get people involved in decision-making
  15. Assign coaches or mentors who help employees not only with specific jobs, but in developing their careers

Dawood, you have almost cover every aspect. But there are some points that should be clear in a new comer or for retaining employeesare

1. Complete Orientation of this I.T industry and with the company he/she are going to work.

2. Frequent Training on Team Building, Motivation, Stress Reduction.

3. Weekly Meetings on Current updates regarding new trends in I.T by the top management and sharing with all employees.

4. Developing Sense of "becoming his/her own boss during work".

5. Performance reward and Recognition of Higher achiever on monthly basis.
6. Career path developement for each employee.

7. Last but not least, Employee Pooling on Monthly basis "For improving work environment/weakness etc".

I hope these methodologies will also retain employees.
